Joining this forum is a hit and miss

Hi Dear Forum Moderators!
I tried a half dozen times to join this forum, until I realized, that I must not change the default language (British English) in the corresponding field.
If I do so, the request is sent by Firefox immediately without any chance to fill in the other fields. Of course, these kind of requests will be not granted.
If this a kind of IQ test? If so, I lost the game .

A quick question:
Did you receive any other new accounts with different languages other than British English ?

Hi Roland,

I don't remember seeing a problem like the one you describe. I poked around and
saw some German users that were British English (where I wouldn't have expected
that.) I'm set-up as American English. I found an old user set-up as Dansk, another
with Español Argentino. Ah, an old German user set-up as Deutsch. Wondering if
this is unique to newer new users.

I can try to change your preference if you like.

I just had the same bit if fun using Chrome. The American English takes you back to the first screen.

I did find the setting in Board Preferences to set the language.
