Please add some more entries in locale config file to allow default settings (just like "EnableMHEG" to enable interactive TV by default), as they are quite locale-specific:
1. "Always display closed captioning or subtitles"
2. "Transmitted guide only (EIT)" or use xmltv files or other method.
3. Country under "Scan Configuration". BTW, what's its use besides "channel frequency table"?
