Wiki edit - CAPTCHA problem.

I have just tried to edit a wiki page and include a url link to the bug tracking site.
I was required to verify that I was not a robot with a Captcha window, but it seems broken. 'Please enter text' but no text suppled. Instead it gave the message:

reCAPTCHA V1 is shutdown.
Direct site owners to g.co/recaptcha/upgrade

Is anyone else having this problem? Who should it be reported to?

I've updated the wiki configuration to use reCAPTCHA v2.
Please try again and let me know how you get on.
