Mythweb problems in 0.28.2

Hi, I don't know if I choose the right section for this question. I just built from the 0.28.2 source code. It appears the backend works.
However, I have a lot of difficulties to make the mythweb work. It might have something to do with mysql and php.

My environment is Ubuntu 16.04. I pull the 0.28.2 release from github. PHP is 7.0. Any hint how I should approach this?
