[Solved] mythtv-setup hanging on new video source

I am trying to configure mythtv on a Raspberry Pi 4 and when I run mythtv-setup and select '(New Video Source)' it hangs. I was wondering if anyone has run into this problem or has any ideas on what the problem could be. I am running ubuntu 22.10 and mythtv 32. I installed the same versions of ubuntu and mythtv on an old intel laptop I have and got everything working so I think I am doing the correct steps. I could do other parts of the configuration, setting a capture card, creating a storage directory, etc. It seems to be just the Video Source configuration that causes the hang. FYI: I am using a Hauppage WinTV-DualHD tuner as my input.
