Recording canceled when watching live TV

I have an HDhomerun Prime which has three tuners. I set a timer to record a show at 11:00 AM, however, I was also watching live TV at 11:00 AM. I figured this would not be a problem because my HDHRPrime has three tuners. However, as I was watching live TV I received a notification that my 11:00 AM recording was canceled. Was this because I was watching live TV? If one of my tuners was busy shouldn't Mythtv switch the recording to a tuner that is not busy?

Hi,

In mythtv-setup, Input connections are the 'Schedule order' and 'Live TV order'
opposite (e.g. 1,2,3 and 3,2,1 respectively.) Doesn't answer your question, but
should reduce the number of times it's a problem.

Are all 3 Capture cards, Recording Options, Max recordings correctly set to 1?

The schedule order and live tv order for my three tuners are....

Tuner-0: Schedule Order: 1, Live TV Order: 1
Tuner-1: Schedule Order: 3, Live TV Order: 3
Tuner-2: Schedule Order: 5, Live TV Order: 5

So I have to reorder these?

Yes, you can just make Live TV Order 5, 3, 1. But the fact that they
increment by 2 makes me more concerned about Max recordings as
mentioned above. It should be 1 for all three cards.

I checked the recording settings for all three of my tuners and the max recording is set to 1 for each tuner. I went back and set the Live TV Order to 5, 3, 1. I think this should fix the problem I was having.
