Transcoded videos with mythtranscode are missing metadata

Hi,

with current version of MythTV 31.0 all of my transcoded files are missing metadata. I use mythtranscode to remove commercials in a lossless manner. After recording a TV broadcast I get the following info with "mediainfo":

After transcoding with mythtranscode this looks like the following:

This results in wrong aspect ration and stutter sound when playing the video. I'm using Ubuntu 20.04 and MythTV 31.0. With the latest "Mythbuntu 16.04" version this worked fine (don't know which version of MythTV was included to this).

Any ideas how to fix this?
