MythWeb recording detail page "Advanced Options" wont open

All seems well with the installation, but the "Advanced Options: (Display)" menu wont show.

Same result on mythweb fixes-29 and fixes-30. I tried adding a user job in mythtv-setup to no avail.

It works for me. The "Display" is a link that when clicked shows the advanced options. I am using Chrome. See picture at this URL

Yup. That's what it looks like on my other machine. Unfortunately, not on the machine that's having the problem. Suggestions for debug?

Also, I'm using PHP7.2 on both machines, fyi.

See if there are any clues in: /var/log/apache2/error.log (my best guess.)
