atsc cc problems

Often when using ATSC CC, the second or third line of text has a different background color making it near impossible to read it. AFAIK, this started when I upgraded from 0.27 to 0.28, but the problem is still there in 29.0. I can rewind and it happens every time at the same point, same way. Just switched to VBI cc and problems goes away so far. Not a big deal, but not sure where to report this or even need to.

Looks like the software update to 29.1 fixed this problem. Watched a couple of hours using atsc CC without a problem.
