MythVideo not showing files in proper folder order

So before you think I have it set to sort view metadata, all the filenames in the folder as well as metadata information should have the episodes properly ordered, but in the view for mythvideo they're wildly out of order. What's even more strange is that other seasons of the same show seem to be ordered right, but just at random there will be one season that doesn't display in order at all.

It also seems for some reason that only certain seasons are getting any metadata information downloaded for them.
