i have tried mythtv 0.28 from source on ubuntu 15.10
mythbuntu 16.04
mythtv 0.28 from mythbuntu control centre on ubuntu 16.04
I always have the same problem when setting up capture cards
I have 2 lnb's and setting up diseqc
I always get the same error No diseqcdevtree for cardid1

there were changes in 0.28 of interest (the 2nd one may be best:)
