Beelink SER3 as 1080p frontend?

Ran across this little box and was wonder if anyone had tired this as a Frontend box running Ubuntu or any other linus desktop?

I have installed an older Beelink GK35 in my wife's car. It runs MythTV 31 under CentOS 8, showing 1080p content to two headrest displays.

My only qualm is that when the BIOS battery gets too cold all the BIOS settings reset to factory defaults. I'm going to replace it with 2 lithium AA batteries at some point.
