WinTV-DCR-2650 won't connect

I have had a successful MythTv setup with the 2650 but due to hard disk crash have reinstalled MythBuntu. The 2650 appears to have installed correctly but won't record or connect for watch tv. I remember some mumbo-jumbo in backend setup for adding capture cards and source. Nothing I do now works. Watch TV gives a brief flash and information/tuner status shows tuner errors. Attempts to record shows all tuners busy.

This is driving me crazy ... any solutions? posting.php?mode=post&f=3#
