Instead of the HDHomeRun ATSC 3 tuner, I'm thinking of going a different route, threading uncharted waters with this Geniatech A684 USB tuner with four ATSC 3 tuners. Their website and product documentation claims that this tuner is compatible with Windows, Andriod, Linux and Mac which is good if true.

You can find some of their ATSC 1 and DVB USB tuners on Amazon and other online outlets under the "MyGica" brand.

I see some users posts here about using their tuners. Will anybody care to comment about the quality, stability and strength of the Geniatech/MyGica USB tuners they have and use?

Please note, I'm thinking about it, I haven't done it yet as some ATSC 3 channels have been encrypted with DRM. I'm waiting to see how it all plays out. Also, Ffmpeg is still working out the AC-4 audio issue with ATSC 3 before MythTV can support it. Until then, only a few, a handful, probably 2 or 3 DVRs I know of that have workarounds for this new AC-4 audio issue.
