I have had a properly functioning mythtv setup for a number of years, but recently I noticed that if I try to search the TV listings using mythfrontend (schedule recordings --> search words --> anything) then the search never ends. I do get some results in the background, but in the front is a box that says "Loading" and has a circular progress meter. The loading box never goes away. The only way I can get out of the loop is to use "Ctrl-C" to kill the mythfrontend process.
I'm running Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS and mythfrontend fixes/32 [v32.0+fixes.20220325.f69ce764b7-0ubuntu1]
Has anyone run into this problem? Do you have any suggestions for how to fix it or what could be causing it?
Thanks,
Sunil

Re: searching TV listings never stops
This is probably fixed on the recent version of MythTV 32, see commit https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/commit/daa4e7e .
If not already done, install the Mythbuntu PPA for fixes/32 at https://launchpad.net/~mythbuntu/+archive/ubuntu/32
and update your mythtv installation to the latest fixes/32 version.

Thank you. That seems to have been the problem. Changing themes fixes the problem. I also am not on the latest version (as you pointed out), so I'm upgrading to the latest now.
