Playback problem on .28

I am running High Sierra and recently upgraded to 0.28. (The problem didn't occour on 0.28)

For my appearance settings I have a GUI size that doesn't fill the screen and Use GUI size for TV playback uncheck so videos will fill the screen. All the other checkboxes on the that screen are unchecked.

The first time I play a video it fills the screen correctly, but the second time the video only fills the top left corner with the bottom left corner of the video and the rest of the screen is black. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like. If I go back to the Appearance settings and don't make any changes it will work properly for one playback and then stop working.

How did you install Myth? The all-in-one installer or some other method?

Can you attach the mythfrontend log when this occurs?

Are these recordings or videos you've imported from elsewhere? What is the source format (resolution, container)?

I'll try to test this in my High Sierra VM later. Note that High Sierra doesn't mix well with Myth at the momment:

I installed Myth using MacPorts. All videos of difference sized and formats I tried have the same problem.
