Strange new recorder failure with MythTV 0.27

Hi,

I've experienced a new type of tuner failure with MythTV 0.27 from the installer package. Of late, the things that have changed - I am running the latest Mac OSX Sierra beta, and I have also installed Plex DVR (I know, the dark side - but investigations have revealed they are a long way off having a higher WAF). Still using two HD HomeRun dual tuners, and I don't think either was in use by Plex at the time. The error shows on the front end as two attempts to record a show, both in blue (recorder failed). Any ideas on the following would be appreciated:

The above looks a lot like a misconfigured tuner. Backup your database, delete ALL tuners and then add back.

Thanks - so far this seems to be working. I changed the HDHomeRun setup from fixed IP to something that looks like serial number. I also now have double the tuners visible and it can record multiple streams on one multiplex.
