Finding a freelancer to set up dvb streaming?

Hi all

I would like to hire a freelancer starting asap to help us set up DVB streaming / recording on our network. Probably dvbstream or vlc or something rather than MythTV itself, if I've understood right - which I wouldn't bet on. It's paid work, for a charity project to monitor the UK general election.

I looked at the MythTV contractors forum but it looks like it isn't really active, and this might be slightly OT there anyway. Can anyone suggest where I should look?
