MythTV v31 metadata cover art is generic

I recently re-installed v31 due to the fact that I had upgraded perl and qmake was not working right with the original source code pull I used. Everything went fine and MythTV installed successfully. I have noticed on the Television programs I record now and also on the programs I had recorded before the re-install that the Metadata cover art is generic to each program now. Prior to the latest install I would get cover art for each individual program that was unique to that recording. When I run the command to check if the lookup is working ok I get the proper result.

Everything appears to be in order

Is there another command I need to run to check for proper operation or has anyone else run across this issue as well?
