xml schema for MythTV Universal Metadata Format

I'm looking for a schema or better description of the tags and attributes mentioned in the wiki article "MythTV_Universal_Metadata_Format". I've been digging a bit in source, but haven't hit the right file yet. If someone can point me to the right source file, that should be enough. I'm trying to understand what is expected for image type="coverart" and how it's used by the metadata grabber.
