Live TV Streaming via Web

i wanted to ask if it is possible to watch live TV through the web Interface.
I Found https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/HTTP_Live_Streaming_Server but i do not know how to use API -> Examples - HTTP Livestream

Hi,
FYI: for liveTV on web I'm using PLEX Media server + PLEX LiveTV plugin.
LiveTV plugin: https://github.com/warpme/plex-plugin-mythtv-livetv

It works well for me on current master
(pls note - PLEX LiveTV plugin is NOT supported on mythtv 29)
