Re: Backend Static IP issue

Look at the Applications->System->Network, then Unlock. Then in Connections make your changes looked there but no conn...

Hi I'm new to Mythtv and have a Mythbuntu 14.04.1 backend/frontend combo installation My home network is connected to the WWW by a Virgin superhub which is (reputedly) unreliable at maintaining static IP's so I have been trying to set the static IP from within Mythbuntu. Re: Error opening jump program file buffer

Your next step is to look in the backend log - . That is (usually) in /var/log/mythtv/mythbackend.log What does it say at the time of the failure? Phil logs are below Front end first then backend - most of it is gibberish to me at the moment :| There is one part in the Frontend log at 18:31:52 that...

Re: Help needed with Conflicting channel message and options

Try: http://www.ukfree.tv/transmitters/tv/Crystal_Palace Just delete any mux (aka "Transport") where the frequency doesn't match. The other parameters shouldn't need adjustment. Then delete all channels and "Scan existing transports"........ you're better off nailing down your preferred muxes so yo...
