What playback profile do you use? Do you enable "separate video modes for GUI and TV playback"? I just got a 2400G and everything seems to be fine at 3840x2160@60Hz, except separate video modes doesn't work with the "opengl" renderer (corrupt video). It seems like a problem with the TV diplay: No 1:1 pixel mapping (I see some overscan) -- the TV is scaling the image, which can cause artifacts (like banding). I think you need to change the TV display mode to what Samsung calls "Just Scan". TV may be doing some edge enhancement (sharpness), noise ...
